“Make it to be aN adult”

A simple ‘bucket list’ wish, written in one of Maggie’s notebooks. We found it in her bedroom after she died.

Tragically, cancer had other plans. Maggie lost her life to a rare and aggressive cancer called Malignant Rhabdoid Tumors on June 1st, 2017, just a few weeks after her 17th birthday. It was a grueling battle that ended within 10 months of her first complaining of pain.

Maggie’s Mission was founded in honor of Maggie’s love of children. She asked us before she died to help save other children from suffering.

Since September 2017, we’ve committed our lives without Maggie to making a difference for children and families affected by pediatric cancers like ours was. We are driven by Maggie’s warrior spirit and desire to help children.

Through the dedicated efforts of our family, friends, volunteers, and supporters, we generate the necessary funds to support vital research, provide financial assistance to families, and offer programs that improve the quality of life for children battling cancer.
