Fashion Dress Up

A character stands centre screen beside racks of clothes, shoes and hairstyles to cycle through. There is no score, no timer and no panel announcing that the outfit is wrong, because nothing here can be wrong in the first place.

The racks hold long coats, flared skirts, cropped trousers, ankle boots, wide-brimmed hats and striped scarves. Each item can be cycled as many times as you like, and anything can be swapped again later without dismantling the whole look and starting over.

It gets more interesting if you set yourself a rule before starting: build a look using no more than three colours, or dress the character for a rainy afternoon. A self-imposed limit turns an open-ended activity into something with an ending, and leaves you feeling you finished it when you close the tab.
