How this one plays
Two brothers head out through a forest of climbable branches and pits to leap. The scene keeps scrolling and both of them have to reach the end, so each stretch asks which one you send first and which one waits.
Looking after two characters at once is what pulls this away from an ordinary side-scroller. The moment one of them clears a gap, the other may still be stuck behind an obstacle, and pushing the leader too far ahead means walking back to collect the straggler. The fun sits in shifting your attention between them without abandoning either.
There is a better way to play it: sit someone next to you and take one brother each. You end up calling directions back and forth about who should wait where. In a house where two children are already arguing over one computer, that arrangement solves the problem without anyone having to invent extra rules.
