Professor Bubble

A lab professor fires bubbles up to meet others of the same colour on the ceiling. Land a full group and the whole cluster drops away. The firing angle is everything here: one careless shot and the ceiling creeps a step lower.

The skill that separates a newcomer from a regular is the bank shot. Rather than aiming straight at a target, experienced players aim at the side wall and let the bubble rebound into a pocket that a direct shot cannot reach. Those narrow gaps under a heavy cluster are usually what brings the entire group down at once.

The descending ceiling works like a timer, but a timer the player controls. Shoot accurately and you buy yourself more room; spray shots around and you bring the ending forward yourself. That sense of everything resting on your own hand is why this rule set has lasted as long as it has.
